With the development of high performance computer, the heat flux density of cabinet becomes higher and higher. Then the traditional air cooling may bring great energy consumption. The evaporative cooling technology provides a new method to solve the cooling problem. The cabinet contains multiple heat resources, then the surface-mounted evaporative cooling system has a complex parallel structure. So in this paper, the temperature distribution may be studied through experiment. Based on the combination of experiment results and theoretical analysis, the liquid volume and operating pressure was proposed as the key factors to affect the temperature distribution. Lower temperature level can be got under less liquid volume and lower pressure. Moreover, the mode of parallel about unit with different size and heat load also has influence on temperature.
