In order to simulate and predict the surface topography of nickel-base superalloy processed by electroplated grinding head, a digital modeling method of electroplated grinding head was proposed, which considered three key factors: abrasive shape, abrasive spacing and abrasive height. The whole digital model of electroplated grinding head was established by random array method driven by basic data and distributed model. On this basis, the finite element simulation and surface morphology prediction of grinding process were realized, and the corresponding grinding experiment of CBN electroplated grinding head were carried out. The comparative analysis shows that the surface profiles of the simulated and experimental workpiece have high similarity under different process parameters.
