This paper analyzes how the system capacity has been required in the simulation training commanded with electronic countermeasures and introduces how the knowledge graphs of system capability has been put into specific utilization at the three stages of preparation, practice and assessment of this training. It is proposed which aspects should be underlined in establishing this knowledge graphs, so as to provide a reference for the further establishment of the knowledge graphs of system capability in support of the simulation training commanded with electronic countermeasures.
