CO2 capture, transportation, oil displacement and storage (CCUS) technology is considered to be one of the most effective ways to reduce carbon emissions. It can not only store a large amount of CO2, but also increase oil production. As the intermediate link of CCUS, the importance of CO2 transportation system is self-evident. In this paper, on the basis of establishing the engineering and economic model of CO2 pipeline transportation system, the optimization model of CO2 transportation system is constructed, and the optimization problem of CO2 pipeline transportation system based on genetic algorithm is proposed. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm. It provides some theoretical basis for the implementation of CO2 pipeline transportation system.
