Fault Diagnosis of Track Circuit Based on Hierarchical Fuzzy Decision Tree

In the actual industry, the causes of track circuit failures vary, but the input data collected may be similar. Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper adopts a hierarchical fuzzy decision tree algorithm to analyze the fault data, which combining fuzzy decision tree algorithm and hierarchical information gain theory. Based on the vertical hierarchical structure of fault types, a fault classification model of 25hz phase-sensitive track circuit is established, and the validity is verified by 6 common fault types.
