In this paper, the detection technology of the fast diagnosis equipment for defects of rural road surface is explored. In view of the characteristics of long mileage, low standard and little capital of rural roads, the quantitative numerical tracing of the road surface defect rapid diagnosis equipment with characteristics of rural roads is carried out, which solves the problem of rapid diagnosis of road surface defects in rural roads. Equipment value traceability issues. This paper expounds the urgency of developing the traceability of the measurement value of rural highway testing equipment, comprehensively evaluates the measurement error level, and establishes a complete traceability path, which can be traced to the national benchmark. For flatness and any, this paper expounds the two indicators of measurement technology and principle, and the measurement of technical indicators, to determine the distance measurement error, IRI measurement error, effective detection width road, the road cut area measurement deviation, parameter calibration of measurement repeatability test method, and the related parameters is verified by experiment. This paper provides a necessary research foundation for the establishment of the standard of rapid diagnosis and measurement of rural road surface defects and fills the gap of measurement technology of rural road testing equipment.
