Influence of the upper arch amplitude of track slab on the mechanical properties of vehicle-track system

The CRTSⅡ slab track may produce the upper arch disease of the track slab in the extreme high temperature weather. Therefore, the static analysis model of the track structure and the dynamic analysis model of the vehicle-track coupling system are established by the ANSYS finite element software in this paper, and the influence of the upper arch amplitude of the track slab in the CRTSⅡ slab track on the mechanical properties of the vehicle-track coupling system is explored. The results show that under the action of the train static load, the maximum values of the rail vertical displacement, the track slab vertical displacement, the track slab longitudinal stress and the CA mortar layer stress increase with the increase of the upper arch amplitude of the track slab; under the action of the train dynamic load, the vibration acceleration of the vehicle, the wheel-rail force, the wheel load reduction rate, the rail acceleration and displacement, the track slab acceleration and displacement and the derailment coefficient increase with the increase of the upper arch amplitude of the track slab; When the driving speed is 300km/h and the upper arch wavelength of the track slab is 3.25m, the upper arch amplitude of the track slab should not exceed 6mm.
