It is the cornerstone to achieve diversified tasks in the complex social background, which includes reliable equipment and material supply capability. This paper attempts to quantify the key aspects of equipment and material supply chain (hereinafter referred to as EMSC) security: equipment and material reserves, equipment performance assessment, mission objective analysis, and optimal combination of material supply varieties, coordination and optimization of hierarchical relationships, simulation and rehearsal of the operational reliability of equipment, use of integrated functional optimization design and example security effectiveness assessment, etc., and striving to better play the EMSC management strain in the process of mission practice. In the process of mission practice, we strive to better play the role of supply chain management, control, and flexibility to achieve optimal integration of equipment and materials, efficiency and quality improvement. However, there are many aspects involved in the management of equipment and materiel for the mission, so we can only demonstrate the important aspects of the guaranteed supply chain within a limited scope, aiming to provide valuable suggestions for the smooth operation of the supply chain and guarantee the maximum reliability of the mission.
