In this paper, the charged detection of H2O and HF is based on the infrared laser spectroscopy technology. It is precisely by using the strong and independent characteristic absorption peaks of H2O and HF in the infrared band. According to the Lambert Beer law, through the laser light source with specific frequency and high selectivity, the most adaptive spectral detection technology is selected to comprehensively study the material characteristics of the optical path system and the adsorption of the material of the optical gas absorption cell. Design and develop infrared laser spectrum charged detection device with detection sensitivity ≤1ppm, quickly detect the equipment hidden dangers or intermediate products in the initial process of failure, determine the nature and development degree of failure, fill the gap of H2O and HF charged detection at home and abroad, improve the evaluation means of the operation status of the SF6 electrical equipment, and further effectively ensure safe and stable operation of equipment.
