With the development of social economy, print advertising design has become one of the main forms of commercial advertising, designers need to carry out different print advertising design for different commodities and advertisements. With the growth of enterprises, the original design and management process can no longer meet the expanding needs of enterprises, so they need to constantly expand the requirements of enterprises to keep up with the development of society. In the traditional design, few people can have the opportunity to realize the sharing of print advertising materials and experience, designers can not carry out real-time communication and exchange, which leads to some designers will take some detours in the process of work. Aiming at these problems, this paper proposes a material management system based on graphic advertising design. In view of the current situation of the design and implementation of graphic advertising design material management system, the author puts forward his own views, in order to speed up the design and implementation of graphic advertising design material system, so as to strengthen the management of material, to provide a good learning platform for everyone.
