Broadcasting has an important role in industrial production and people's daily life, it is a kind of information carrier with timeliness and wide coverage, and its development has become one of the important indicators to measure the level of modernization and comprehensive national power of a country. Web broadcasting technology is the organic integration of advanced information technology such as computer, communication equipment, database, etc., to realize the integration of network and broadcasting technology, thus forming a new, efficient, safe and reliable transmission environment. With the characteristics of large capacity, high speed and strong functions, web broadcasting technology can meet people's needs for different aspects of broadcasting information within a certain range. With the rapid development of network technology and digital communication and other high technologies, and the increasing number of Internet access devices, this brings various security issues. This paper mainly introduces the broadcast optimization algorithm based on AdHoc (Hoc) structure, which is a new network broadcast optimization algorithm that can realize the solution of various resource allocation problems in traditional non-equilibrium networks. Secondly, MATLAB software is used to simulate the whole system and verify that it works properly under different network conditions.
