With the progress and development of sports, the training methods and means for training athletes' explosive force emerge in endlessly, and explosive force training is becoming more scientific, data based and diversified. For example, the common explosive force training includes compound training, group training, etc. The training purpose is to improve athletes' explosive force. By consulting the literature on explosive force training, it is found that there is little literature on the impact of compound training on the explosive force of basketball players' lower limbs or the training effect among the current research materials. In order to help improve the explosive force training effect of basketball players, and enrich the related research on the explosive force of basketball players' lower limbs in compound training, this paper, from the perspective of sports training, physiological construction, sports biomechanics, through consulting domestic and foreign literature and research strength, draws a compound training program for basketball players' explosive force of lower limbs, It also tests the composite training and explosive power index of lower limbs of the basketball players of A College, obtains the influence of composite training on the improvement of explosive power, improves the theoretical system of composite training of basketball, and provides reference for the training plan and improvement of explosive power of lower limbs of basketball players.
