This study focuses on the influencing factors of postgraduates' mental health status, and explores whether there are significant differences in postgraduates' mental health status under different characteristics, so as to provide some suggestions for postgraduates' mental health education in the post-epidemic era. In this study, 377 valid samples were obtained from a random sampling survey of graduate students from a university in southwest China. Research results show that the psychological perplexity, psychological reaction of master graduate student mental health has a significant negative impact, different grade there is significant difference in the mental health of postgraduate, includes not only academic pressure, employment pressure differences in psychological dilemma, also including academic emotions, psychological reactions such as personal expectation differences, And psychological literacy is the key to maintain mental health for postgraduates.
