In this paper, a high-frequency model for three-phase coils with iron core is presented. This model also considers the ohmic behavior. The basis is a equivalent circuit for air core coils, which has been extended. For validation, a test bench consisting of a power converter, a choke and a capacitor was set up. Currents and voltages were measured and compared with the high-frequency model. In the standard equivalent circuit, the system oscillation is present. However, in the simulation with the high-frequency model and in the measurements on the test bench, the system oscillations are strongly damped.
