This paper presents an analysis of a low-voltage distribution grid state estimation (SE) based on the specifications of the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA). In order to achieve this objective, SEs are carried out in two scenarios that differ in the extent of coverage by measuring instruments. The data on which the measurements are based are derived from a load flow calculation based on individual load profiles for the households. These are supplemented by standard load profiles that serve as pseudo-measurements. The calculations are conducted using a modified CIGRE distribution grid, and the results are compared with defined limit values to evaluate the accuracy of the SE. It is demonstrated that the guidelines of the BNetzA are suitable to enable a sufficiently accurate SE in the considered low voltage grid.
