New Transfer-Molded Compact DIPIPM(exp TM)

In recent years, with the increasing functionality of consumer home appliances and the worldwide rise in energy conservation awareness, adopting inverters in consumer home appliances has rapidly been progressing. Inverters are equipped with power modules, and there is a demand for them to be highly efficient and smaller and lighter than before. Therefore, we have developed Compact DIPIPM that is smaller and lighter while still maintaining the insulation distance compared to conventional products. This paper describes that features of the product we have developed and how it differs from the conventional product.
