Medical care is a very important aspect of life. Based on personal health promotion reports and various forms of auditory feedback, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is currently an important research focus. Many recent technologies can reduce the overall cost of preventing or managing chronic diseases. These devices include devices that continuously monitor health indicators, devices that automatically perform treatments, or devices that track real-time health data as patients perform treatments themselves. As they have increased access to high-speed Internet and smartphones, many patients have begun to use mobile applications to meet various health needs. The medical Internet of Things has three basic elements. The first is "things", which are objects, including doctors, patients, medical equipment, etc.; the second is "network", which is process; and the third is "connection", which is the interaction of information. The wireless routing algorithm based on the Internet of Things mainly studies two aspects: one is how to make these objects form a network, and the other is how to effectively transmit data after the network is formed. In this work, the medical field is used to construct a medical monitoring system based on wireless sensor network. Including the system medical equipment node, the personal medical terminal, the congestion state, the remaining energy, and mobility of the node when selecting the path and considers the network state changes during packet transmission, which is the innovation of this paper.
