In order to improve the local damage power of underwater shaped charge, a shaped charge structure with cavity was proposed. The AUTODYN software was used to establish the numerical simulation model of free field explosion and penetration into monolayer target plate in shaped charge with different cavity cone angles, to obtain the relationship between head velocity and head position of annular water jet, analyze the forming form of annular water jet, and study the damage difference of shaped charge to monolayer target plate with and without cavity structure. The results show that the shape of annular water jet is related to the cone Angle of cavity, which can be divided into three cases. The cavity structure with proper cone Angle can increase the hole of shaped charge to the target shell and reduce the deformation degree of the shell.
