In order to solve the problems that the existing three-phase electric energy meter inspection device cannot meet the OIML R46 standard, the verification process is complicated, the workload is large, the efficiency is not high, and the accuracy is low, this paper designs a three-phase electric meter system, including hardware equipment and Android APP, based on Bluetooth low energy technology. The hardware equipment includes five modules: signal source controller, power amplifier, error verification, multi-channel photoelectric sampler, and Bluetooth low energy. Each functional module is in line with the test standard. The Android APP based on the fastBle Bluetooth framework can conveniently control the power meter inspection device to raise and lower power. The system has a high degree of integration, convenient operation, and good practical use. It meets the needs of power monitoring, has certain practical value in the fields of hydropower, construction, petrochemical, and has been practically applied and has promotion value.
