In order to simplify the circuit and improve the detection performance of the fuze, this paper analyzes the Gaussian waveforms of each order and selects the second-order Gaussian waveform suitable for shock pulse emission, and then simulates the pulse generation based on different structures of the step recovery diode on this basis. In the circuit diagram, the generation circuit suitable for the impact radar has been selected. While achieving the same function with a minimalist circuit, the high-frequency characteristics of the circuit must be ensured.
